Our Program
At Grace Bible Camp in Goshen, Virginia, we offer a full week of Christ-centered fun and spiritual growth for children and teens. Campers arrive on Sunday between 2–4 PM and are picked up the following Saturday at 10 AM. While we are primarily an overnight camp, we are happy to accommodate day campers upon request. Throughout the week, campers stay in cabins supervised by two counselors—a Senior Counselor, who is typically a college-age leader trained through our summer staff program, and a Junior Counselor, a high school–age volunteer serving as a counselor-in-training. This team helps create a safe, encouraging environment where campers build friendships, grow in confidence, and enjoy a memorable week away from home.

After arriving and getting settled, campers participate in a camp-wide tour where they explore the grounds, learn meeting locations, and discover free-time favorites such as carpetball, tetherball, ping pong, and more. Each camper selects four daily activities for the week, with options that include choir and drama, crafts, swimming in our camp lake, go-karts, archery, mini golf, and several other exciting choices. Campers enjoy three hearty, homestyle meals a day in our dining hall, and our snack store and gift shop open twice daily so they can purchase treats or souvenirs.

Our greatest desire is for campers to learn who Jesus Christ is and to grow in their faith. Each day includes an interactive Bible Study session in the morning, two chapel services led by specially chosen guest speakers, and nightly cabin devotions with their counselors. Campers are also encouraged to spend time in personal devotions, helping them learn the importance of daily time in God’s Word. Chapel services are designed specifically for children and teens, combining worship, teaching, memory verses, quizzes, and games to make learning Scripture engaging and memorable.

From meaningful Bible teaching to exciting activities, our program is intentionally designed to help campers grow spiritually, build lasting friendships, and experience the joy and love of Christ in a fun and welcoming environment. Preparing for a Week at GBC
When to Arrive
The camp week begins on Sunday and campers should plan to arrive between 2 and 4 PM to check in and get settled in their cabin.
The camp week ends on Saturday and campers should be picked up between 10 AM and 11 AM. Parents and families are encouraged to attend the closing ceremony at 10 AM on Saturday.

Camp Fee
The cost for Summer Camp is $400 per week for all ages. “Campership” funds are available for those in need of financial assistance. Discounts are available for campers, ask camp registrar before registration.
A one-time registration fee of $100 must be sent with the camper’s registration form. The registration fee applies to the total cost. This fee will be refunded if registration is cancelled at least two weeks before the first day of the camper’s assigned week. Your camper is not registered unless we receive both the registration form and the registration fee.
